How the Program Works
Our Arc Flash Glove Testing & Exchange Program is designed to keep your team protected at all times—without the stress of managing compliance on your own. Here’s how it works:
1. Dual Set System
We provide two sets of arc flash gloves per team member:
Set 1 is put into service immediately.
Set 2 is delivered six months later.
2. Scheduled Exchange
When the second set arrives:
We collect the first set from your team.
That set is securely held until it’s ready for testing.
3. Rigorous Testing
Collected gloves undergo thorough inspection and testing in accordance with ASTM standards:
Pass: Gloves are re-stamped, bagged, and returned to your rotation.
Fail: Gloves are removed from service and a new replacement is issued.
4. Ongoing Rotation
You’ll always have a fully certified, in-service set of gloves. We deliver the next set and collect the used set—and the process continues.
